Looking back through old blogs of mine, I see that the key to staying accountable is not only keeping track of everything you eat (the good AND the bad), but also posting daily (or at least regularly!!). So even though I may not be saying anything terribly interesting or even inspiring, I think I need to be writing ALL THE TIME.
So yes, recap of yesterday – it was, for the most part, pretty good!!!
Getting a few things taken care of (HUGE stress should be off my plate within the next couple of days, THANK GOODNESS!)
I took a rest day yesterday because my abs were still hurting from Yoga (yes, from Yoga, but it’s Yoga X in my defense!). So I am back to working out tonight!
I DID have a chip run in last night. Is that good? No. Do I care? Yes. But am I going to dwell on it? HELL NO. Moving on!!
I ordered my bridesmaids dress!!! WOOT!

And to answer Eurydice’s question, this summer will have me 3 times a bridesmaid (good thing I am married hey, or the pressure would be on the husband now!). BUT my 2nd and 3rd times are within 2 weeks of each other!!! And neither of them are in my home town!!! How exciting!!! I think think that August will be a write off – work wise – and LOADS of fun!!!

2. I totally agree with you that it’s important to write down EVERYTHING. I usually use the body by glamour program, but it’s under construction right now so I haven’t been recording my food for the last two weeks and I definitely feel like my pants are getting a bit tight. I think it’s too easy for me to overeat when I’m not writing it all down! Plus, I’m more motivated to do my workouts when I can record them and see how many calories I’ve burned!!

Yup, keep up the accountability, it’s the only way. Be honest about it and most of all “care” about your results, not to be confused with dwelling on slipups, right? I think many of us have just stopped really caring about getting to that goal, don’t you agree. We still “care” but we don’t seem to be determined anymore, ya know?
