WOW!! Where does all the time go!!! I swear my days are just melting into one!!!

I haven’t had much time for posting. I was training the new receptionist at work and then the weekend was fairly busy, but mostly I just stayed away from the computer (I needed some relaxation time!). Then now I am still away from my desk but finally reconnected to the world!!! It’s nice!

Anyway…so this weekend was alright. I didn’t work out NEARLY as much as I would like (NONE until Monday) and I ate out on Friday night and Sunday for lunch AND dinner. HOWEVER, I made decent choices (except for Sunday lunch, not SO great – BBQ Bacon Burger with Yam fries!!!!) but I felt good about it all around…and now I am making up for it this week with eating well and exercising daily.

I snuck a peek on the scale today (I usually do mid-week, though I need to stop it!!!) Although the number was GREAT and kept me motivated to get through the day!!! I really love the feeling when you know you have control hey??

My goals this week are:

 to exercise on all weekdays plus one weekend day.

Drink at LEAST 80 oz of water.

Stick to my calorie budget while making tasty meals!!

Pretty easy if I do say so myself!!

I think that’s all I have got for today!! Still busy at work!!!

Today’s Menu:

Breakfast: Liberte vanilla yogurt with granola and raspberries

Snack: Crispy mini snack pack

Lunch: Veggie sandwich with cream of broccoli and cheddar soup

Dinner: Chicken Stirfry (with lots of veggies!!!) over noodles and maybe a side of fresh bread

Dessert: maybe a thin bar?? I have tons at home!!

    But time flying = good since that just brings you closer to meeting sweet ol’ me! heheheheheheh

  • Yayyy Jen!! I have to say that when I actually STOPPED with the peaks daily, or mid-week, it totally changed my focus. I’m able to stay on track for longer now that I know that I have to “face the music” in “__” days and not knowing where I stand at any given day makes me work harder to ensure that WI day will be rewarding. Not that I have been perfect, but it has definitely made a difference in my focus!

  • I am like you, I like to weigh myself mid week just to see if I am on track. I am trying to stop this because I don’t want to focus on weight as much as just being healthy.
