I just LOVE love your new page. I wish I had a techno geek husband to make me a sweet page like yours. I WAS quite excited however when Wayne connected our new Bose surround system and I just had to put my feet up and relax.
P.S. I’m 5′ 3.5″ (and I ALWAYS add the 0.5!) – well, or round up. Weight- round down, Height – round up!

Man, I wish *I* had a husband that would give me gifts as I lose weight.
Okay, not a husband. But the gifts have to get to me somehow, right? Curses…

Oh my gosh! We actually have the same rewarding system – weight loss goal gifts! We were also the same height but when I lost the excess weight I gained half an inch so I am 5’6″ now. I only had 50 lbs to lose so 10 lbs – manicure, pedicure, 20 lbs – a hand bag 30 lbs – it was an IOU to myself, 40 lbs – another IOU to myself and finally 50 lbs – manicure, pedicure, haircut, and a new wardrobe. Good luck!!!

You are just adorable – candid and articulate.
Your weight loss experience is really impressive I love your goals – make it real! Check out my site for some inspiration or core work-outs and maybe next summer when I teach in Whistler you can come over for some work outs!
